At Shidori, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products prepared under strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations.

No Returns on Food Products
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, all products sold by Shidori are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This includes ladoos, nutribars, pickles, and all other edible products.

Refunds and Replacements (Eligible Cases)
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or spoiled at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The package is tampered with or visibly damaged before opening

Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and inner packaging. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The customer dislikes the taste, texture, or flavor

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided

  • Delivery was attempted but not accepted

  • The product was opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery
