Mrs. Kalpana Patil Shidori
From Our Kitchen To Yours

The Tradition of Shidori

“Namaste. It started simply as a mother’s wish to nourish my children as they stepped out into the busy world. I wanted them to carry the warmth, energy, and love of home wherever their journeys took them.

What began in my kitchen as 'Shidori'—provisions for a journey—has grown beyond my dreams. Today, alongside my son, we ensure that every batch retains that same authentic, homemade promise.”
